Power Apparel Company's Return & Refund Policy

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part misprinted/damaged/defective item will be handled at our expense.

Power Apparel Company does not accept exchange or returns on a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered or customer changed mind and no longer wants the order.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods and a description of the issue to powerapparelcompany@gmail.com, then we'll gladly review the error and if an error occurs on our part (as mentioned above) we will refund or replace it at no cost to you.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product is received.
